Hourly rate: $315 / hour

Minimum requirements for renting the aircraft:

• Total time: 125 hours

• High performance endorsement

• Minimum 5 hours dual instruction (at the discounted "checkout rate") unless you have at least 10 hours in this make and model

Checkout rate: $290 / hour

CFI Checkout rate: $275 / hour

Checkout rate for CFIs

Block rate: $290 / hour

Discounted rate for renting the aircraft for 10 or more hours in a 90
day period.

Non-flying rate: $190 / hour

When you rent the plane for more than 24 hours, there is a minimum hours charge per day. For weekdays, it is 2 hours per day and for weekends it is 3 hours per day. For example, let's say you rent the plane from Monday to Thursday and only fly for 5 hours. That will be 4 weekdays which requires minimum of 8 hours of fly. So, in addition to the 5 hours at normal rate, you will be charged for 3 hours at non-flying rate.
